So... and also... like... on himself, he has a very thorough preparation, for example, he listen and also think very carefully before he's answering the questions and also he speak very clearly and confidently. Also he use, like... very practical examples to illustrate his skills and show that he suit the role and also the company. And also, I can see that he show very... like... eagerness on... for the role. So that's the most impressed... like... candidate I have met so far.

I think the employer... like... can find out how capable the candidate will be if they decide to give them a job offer. So I don't think... like... boast yourself is the best approach during the interview.
