十二屆全國人大二次會議3月5日上午9時在人民大會堂開幕，聽取國務院總理李克強作政府工作報告，這也是本屆政府的首份工作報告。以下為工作報告部分要點的英文表達方式。 2014年主要目標 MAJOR TARGETS FOR 2014 國內生產總值增長約7.5% Gross domestic product (GDP) grows about 7.5 percent. 消費者價格指數增長將控制在3.5%左右 Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase will be kept around 3.5 percent. 增加1千萬以上城鎮就業崗位 Add 10 million more urban jobs. 將城鎮登記失業率控制在4.6%以內 Keep the registered urban unemployment rate at a maximum 4.6 percent. 政府將在發展經濟的同時努力提高人民收入 The government will work to increase personal incomes in step with economic development. 2014年財政和貨幣政策 FISCAL AND MONETARY POLICIES FOR 2014 我國將繼續采取積極的財政政策和穩健的貨幣政策。 China will continue to implement a proactive fiscal policy and a prudent monetary policy. 今年全國預算赤字目標位1.35萬億元，比上年增加1500億元，占國內生產總值的2.1%。 The government budget deficit for this year is projected to be 1.35 trillion yuan ($218 billion dollars), an increase of 150 billion yuan over last year, and accounts for 2.1 percent of GDP. 廣義貨幣供應量預計增長約13%。 The broad monetary supply (M2) is forecast to grow by around 13 percent. |
